All purchases made through the OWP Boutique website are collection only. No shipping or delivery service is available.
Where to collect
Your order can be collected from:
OWP Level 2
The official OWP Singapore 2026 programme takes place at IMD’s Singapore campus from 19–23 October 2026.
Collection period
Orders may be collected during the Boutique's operating hours throughout OWP Singapore 2026.
All purchases must be collected by 23 October 2026.
When collecting your order, please have your order confirmation available so that the Boutique team can verify your purchase.
Uncollected orders
It is the purchaser's responsibility to collect their order within the stated collection period.
Orders that remain uncollected after 23 October 2026 will be considered unclaimed. No refund will be provided solely because a purchaser did not collect their order within the collection period.
We therefore strongly encourage participants to collect their purchases before the final day of OWP.
