We hope you enjoy your purchase from the OWP Boutique. As the Boutique operates exclusively for OWP Singapore 2026, all purchases are considered final once completed, subject to applicable consumer rights under Singapore law.

Change of Mind

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are generally not allowed for change-of-mind purchases.

Failure to Collect

All online orders must be collected in person from the OWP Boutique on Level 2, no later than 23 October 2026.

Orders that remain uncollected after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please speak with the OWP Boutique team as soon as possible during the event. The team will assess the item and arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

Refund Processing

In the event a refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method, where practicable. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Singapore law.
